Adding Morale & Values, CWD instigates Team Building Activity

To strengthen group cohesion and collaborative effectiveness among CWD employees, two-day course of Team Building Activity was transpired last July 19-20, 2014 at Marju Krisel Hotel & Resort, Calbayog City.
The said activity set out early in morning enroute to the venue. Various fun games and playoffs were actively engaged by all employees as brought about by Mrs. Veronica L. Reoma, the facilitator. Games were simple, yet immense of lessons were learned on how to take action as a team as it correlates to the working environment of Catbalogan WD.
Employees were grouped into five - Rangers, Pipe, Aguador, Teamwork and Guba. Excitement and enthusiasm were intense
to beat their opposing teams and craved such eagerness to reap the highest points and be able to bag the prizes at stake, after all the Guba Team won the overall playoffs.
"The next two years we will have again our next Teambuilding Activity to continue to uphold our unanimity in our office." GM Ralph S. Uy said during the closing program. Moreover, the activity came to an end but all the employees will go back to their workplace bearing the spirit of determination, self-esteem and camaraderie that they could cherish for a lifetime.
