Actual operation of the Stock and Supplies Inventory System.
Stock and Supplies Inventory System (SSIS) was developed to track current inventories for office supplies and materials for different projects.
This system also enables the in-charge to monitor purchase request, purchase orders and acceptance reports. This also eliminates the manual posting of transactions to the bin/stock card. The system automatically updates materials bin card upon acceptance of new materials and issuances of supplies and materials.
